We are a family run business. My husband ( Captain Jim Dawson) has been commercial fishing for over 35 years. I started fishing full time with him about 7 years ago. We catch a wide variety of fish. Everything we catch and clean ourselves, boneless skinless fillets, vacuum sealed flash frozen. A very unique process. Jim fillets the fish, our oldest daughter Tori gets all the bones out and any blood line out. I triple check for any bones and rinse them off with purified water. Vacuum seal them so there is absolutely NO fish juice whatsoever. Then within a matter of seconds are flash frozen.

I deliver every Friday in the Pocomoke, Salisbury, Berlin, Delmar area. We also have it set up where you can pick up right from here, Tori is always here to get you fish. Lobster season starts up sometime in April all depending on what we are catching.

We have an extremely happy customer base and everyone who has gotten fish and lobsters from us have ALL been more than satisfied and always come back.
