RIBBON FISH

These are fun to catch and fun to cook excellent to eat. The are more time consuming to fillet than the other fish we have. They look like a long fetuccine noodle. I like to bread mine with House of Autry Seafood breader, spiral it down into the hot oil, it comes out like a curly fry. ZERO fish taste.
